LeBron James paid $36.75 mιllιon for a beautiful Beverly Hills property. Look inside LeBron’s Beverly Hills dream home!

The NBA great bought his 2.5-acre home from Lee Phillip Bell’s estate, who died this year. LeBron’s new mansion at 9955 Beverly Grove Dr. has seven fireplaces, a pool house with two baths, illuminated tennis court, and screening room.

With over 9,100 square feet and soaring, exposed-beam ceilings, the Beverly Hills estate can handle the LA Lakers star’s 6’9″ height.

The 9,100-square-foot main estate has four bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a hedge-lined driveway, and a palm-topped motor court. Bell’s ownership refurbished the 1930s building.

In June, Hilton & Hyland founders Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton listed Bell’s previous estate, which was well-maintained. Katherine Hepburn held the estate before the Bells bought it.

The four-time NBA MVP bought the Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills mansion for $36.75 mιllιon, just below the $39 mιllιon listed price.
